Sunrise Henan is one of Sunrise Group’s vertical setup dedicated to the domestic market. It consists of a fabric mill with a monthly output of 1500 tons of knitting fabric and a garment factory with an annual output of 12 million pieces.
ODS’s smart textile solution and garment solution were all introduced to the factories covering ERP, textile MES, garment SPS, HRS, and automation. The fully automated APS matches orders to production lines and directs the production of knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, and sewing. Sku level traceability maximizes material utilization and helps improve profitability. Automation is a key component to the solution. Automated warehouse, robotics, and AGV are widely used to reduce the dependence on labor and to increase accuracy.

Case Study - Smart Shirts Bao Minh Co. Ltd
SSBM is a factory focusing on high quality woven shirts production with 600 sewing workers and annual output of 6 million pieces; It is a major supplier to some of the key accounts in the industry.
SPS was first introduced to SSBM Building 4 in early 2020 and later expanded to Building 3 and Building 5 with a total of about 800 stations. In June 2023, their legacy ERP system was replaced with ODS ERP. ODS ERP integrates with ODS SPS seamlessly, resulted in unhindered information sharing throughout all business area and better visibility during the production processes. The unique simultaneous production model introduced in SSBM help reducing the production lead time from 1 month to 10 days.

Case Study - ODS Garment (Foshan) Limited
ODS Garment is a factory majority-owned by ODS and run by ODS consultants, making ODS the only technology provider to own and run a real factory . With 90 sewing workers, it achieves an annual output of 1.2 million pieces and produces garments for some of the high-end brands.
The factory was created to showcase ODS’s manufacturing philosophy and as a testing site for ODS’s new functions. Its section and stack model maximizes worker output while keeping a dynamic balance of the production lines. Skill sharing across different styles is no longer a dream, but a reality. Traceability at sku and operation level allow full transparency to the production floor from anywhere and at any time. With the help of SPS, ODS Garment achieves an annual efficiency of 100% and FPY of 96%.
